The 2004 Lion Dance World Champion
and 2006 International Lion Dance Champion Kwong
Ngai troupe performed their spectacular Lion Dance
performance at Hotel Nikko Kuala Lumpur on 27th
February 2007. Comprises of 45 members ranging
from 12 to 25 years old, this troupe has won numerous
competitions for their acrobatic feats and skills
in lion dance performances including 1st
Runner-up Malaysia & Singapore Lion Dance Competition
in Johor (2006) and 1st Runner-up Malaysia Lion
Dance Competition (2007.

The Kwong Ngai troupe with two
'southern' lions performed at Main Lobby area
of Hotel Nikko Kuala Lumpur, amidst the sounds
of dashing cymbals and Chinese drums, which was
witnessed by the hotel's guests and members of
the public.

The one-hour performance culminated
with the two 'lions' presenting the pot of prosperity
to Hotel Nikko Kuala Lumpur's newly-appointed
General Manager, Michael Borostyan.
