The All-American Rejects at Hotel Nikko Kuala Lumpur

Hotel Nikko Kuala Lumpur was accorded the opportunity to accommodate the American rock band, The All-American Rejects who was in town recently to perform for at the first DIGI Music Live Concert on 31st October 2009.
Formed in 1999, The All-American Rejects consists of 4 rockers. Tyson Ritter as the lead vocalist and bass guitarist, Nick Wheeler and Mike Kennerty are the guitarists, and drummer Chris Gaylor.
In 2002, they successfully produced a single "Swing, Swing" and the album was sold over one million records in the United Stated and was certified platinum and later gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Their second album Move Along was release in 2005. The singles featured were ‘Dirty Little Secret', ‘Move Along', ‘Top of the World' and ‘It Ends Tonight'. ‘Move Along' had been on the Total Request Live (TRL) countdown four days straight within first week when the video was first premiered. Then, the single was nominated for "Best Editing in a Video" and "Best Group Video" at the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards. Plus, it was also nominated for the Choice Rock Group in the Teen Choice Awards. The Oklahoma band finally released another album, ‘When the World Comes Down', in December 16, 2008. Its first single, ‘Gives You Hell', was released in September 2008 and the music video reached number one on Video Hits 1's (VH1) Top 20 Countdown when it was released.
